Psalm 92:12-14 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.13 Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God. 14 They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing.

As Christians we are called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord Isaiah 61:3. Trees need planted in order to grow and flourish. They cannot thrive independent of the ground or soil they are planted in. Outside of the ground they may survive for awhile but never thrive. Trees get a supply of water and minerals through their roots from where they are planted.

As trees we are supposed to be planted in the house of the Lord Psalm 92:12-14 to receive supply and give our supply. Supply being ministered or provided by each member in the Body of Christ is the cornerstone of increase and causes a local body to increase with the increase of God Colossians 2:19. It is time to get planted and not only receive our supply but also give our supply:

  1. Spiritual supply Philippians 1:19.
  2. Financial supply 2 Corinthians 8:14; 9:10, 12.
  3. Service supply Ephesians 4:16.
  4. Talents and skill supply Exodus Exodus 35:31-33; 36:1, 2.
