stay planted in god's house


Psalm 92:10 – 14 But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil. 11 Mine eye also shall see my desire on mine enemies, and mine ears shall hear my desire of the wicked that rise up against me. 12 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. 13 Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God. 14 They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;


There are many blessings we receive from God as individual believers and thank God for them. Does anyone ever get tired of hearing of blessings spoken of only in terms “I, I, I, me, me, me, mine, mine, and mine, I’m gonna get my thing, It’s my time…?” Yes, God wants you blessed as an individual but there are certain blessings and graces from God that only come to a believer through his connection to and being planted in the house of the Lord with others Psalm 92:10-14.


  1. Increased influence and authority v. 10a.
  2. Fresh anointing v 10b.
  3. Enemies defeated v. 11
  4. Flourishing growth v. 12, 13.
  5. Longevity and fruitfulness v. 14


In a day when many are following the spirit of the age and becoming lovers of their own selves let’s not allow our love for being planted in God’s house to become cold.
