Salvation isn’t a feeling experience. We are saved by grace through faith and faith cannot be judged by our feelings. We may not always feel saved but we have a “know so” salvation and what I know can get me through bad feelings. “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God 1 Corinthians 2:12.” We need to live by what we know not by what we feel.

The Bible says we are more than conquerors whether we feel like we are conquerors or not and whether it looks like we are conquerors or not. We walk by faith and not by sight. Avoid trying to view, think, or feel about yourself based on your current circumstances. Our present circumstances do not define us so we should not feel sorry for ourselves as though we are a powerless victim. We are not but we are who God says we are and He says we are more than conquerors Romans 8:37, “Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
