HOW TO SEEK FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD

seek first

Matt 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Jesus was teaching how to live an anxiety free life by not taking thoughts about our basic necessities of life and worrying about the future. As one of the keys to remove anxiety from our lives is to have our priorities in line with God. He culminated His teaching with telling us to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all the things people worry about will be added to us. Seeking first His righteousness is easy if we simply put His Word first place in our lives. We submit to His Word as to what is right in every and any situation. Seeking first His Kingdom is a matter of priorities and what we put at the center of our life, living, and labor. We can seek first His Kingdom by:

CHRIST at the center of our LIFE
CHURCH at the center of our LIVING
COMMISSION at the center of our LABOR

(The Great Commission Mk. 16:15-20; Matt. 28:18-20)
